Administration

Mrs. Megan Gaul began her career in education at Saint Patrick’s Parochial School before joining the St. Joseph School District in 2013. She has served students as a business and marketing teacher at Lafayette High School, a kindergarten and fifth-grade teacher at Coleman and Oak Grove Elementary, and assistant principal at Spring Garden. In the 2026-2027 school year, she will begin serving as principal at Lafayette Middle School.

Mrs. Gaul earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Missouri Western State University. She also earned her NCATE certification and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership K-12 from Northwest Missouri State University.
