Owen Estes and Eric Nguyen competed at the Technology Student Association State Competition held at the University of Central Missouri. Their main contest was Animatronics and the students won first place with Diver Doug.
Diver Doug is a two-player game with lights and sounds, one player controls a fish and another player controls a diver to try to capture the fish.
Eric also won 3rd place in the on-site essay writing contest. Owen also won 4th place in the on-site Computer-Aided-Drafting Engineering contest.
They are now qualified for the national contest to be held in Dallas, Texas at the end of June!
We are very proud of Owen and Eric for their hard work they put into their project. Great job, Irish!
